An IOT (Internet of Things) device is an electronic unit designed to record data over time or across various locations using built-in or external instruments and sensors. These devices, primarily based on digital processors, are generally small, charger-powered, and portable, featuring a microprocessor and various sensors. They interface with personal computers using software to activate the device and to view and analyze the collected data.
Our IOT Device periodically collect data from analyzers and transfer it to the CPCB, SPCB, and Vasthi servers through the cloud. They support multiple communication protocols, including RS485, RS232, Analog, and Ethernet

The system has 15GB of built-in image storage space and is compatible with TF card expansion capacity to provide large elastic storage.
Self-healing and reconnecting of network disconnection: seamless switching of network fluctuations
The system has the ability to disconnect from the network, and can automatically reconnect after abnormal network disconnection, ensuring the continuity and stability of remote control sessions, so that you are not afraid of network fluctuations.
Emergency repair online and offline collaborative operation room (customized scheme)
This customized solution deeply integrates with factory data. It automatically sends SMS alerts to relevant engineers during emergency repairs and establishes temporary remote control connections. Engineers can access a temporary command center instantly for voice communication, collaborate in real-time with local technicians dealing with equipment failures, and retrieve detailed plant information and technical documentation, ensuring seamless online-offline coordination.
