Cross Duct Gas Analyzer

Cross Duct Gas Analyzer

The VGA-1000 is a flameproof tunable laser gas analyzer based on TDLAS technology that can in-situ analyze 02, CO, NH3, CO2, CH4, H2O, HCI, HF, and other gases in various complex conditions. It consists of a transmitter, receiver, and connection box. The transmitter drives the tunable diode to emit a laser of certain wavelengths, which passes through the environment to be measured, then reaches the receiver. The receiver performs photoelectricity conversion, signal processing, and spectrum data analysis to obtain the measuring result. The connection box contains a 1/0 interface, making the connection of the power cable and signal cable convenient.

1. What is the Vasthi Cross-Duct Gas Analyzer?

It is an industrial cross-duct gas analyzer using TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) for direct in-situ measurement of gases in ducts and large process streams.

2. Which gases can the Cross-Duct Gas Analyzer measure?

The VGA-1000 can analyze gases like O₂, CO, NH₃, CO₂, CH₄, H₂O, HCl, and HF in real time for emissions and process monitoring.

3. How does the TDLAS technology benefit gas analysis?

TDLAS provides fast response, low drift, and high accuracy with minimal maintenance by eliminating sample extraction and optical interference.

4. Where is the Cross-Duct Gas Analyzer typically used?

It’s ideal for industrial emissions monitoring, furnace ducts, boiler ducts, and process stacks requiring in-situ continuous gas measurement.

5. What are key features of the Cross-Duct Gas Analyzer?

Features include integrated flameproof design, easy optical alignment, IP66 rating, analog/digital outputs, and low purge gas usage for industrial reliability.
